$1 Movies at Participating Theaters | Summer 2012

It’s that time of year once again – summer is here, school is out, and the race for summer kids activities is on!
A while back I talked a bit about Regal Cinema’s 9-week “Summer Movie Express where you could watch G or PG rated movies for $1 per person and a lot of y’all commented that there weren’t any participating theaters in your area. Well now I have the answer – turns out Regal Cinemas aren’t the only ones hopping on the “summer movie” bandwagon, below are 3 of the major theater chains that are offering various summer movie programs. I hope these will reach more of you so everyone can enjoy awesome movie savings this summer!!!
- Select Regal Cinemas, United Artists and Edwards Theaters are offering a 9-week festival, where moviegoers of all ages can climb aboard the “Summer Movie Express” to enjoy a great selection of G or PG rated films for only $1.00 per person on Tuesdays and Wednesdays at 10am.
- Cinemark (Centry theaters, CineArts, and Tinseltown) Theaters have their Summer Movie Clubhouse where you can get 10 shows for $5 if purchased in advance or $1 per show if purchased at the box office.
- Cobbs Theaters are starting up their annual Free Summer Movies For Kids program from June 12 to August 2. Shows start at 10 a.m. every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at all locations.
